Awards for cheese quality have been part of the dairy industry since the 19th century and are designed to maintain and continue improving the quality and flavour of cheeses manufactured in Australia.

Physical description

Wooden trophy in form of cut-out shape of Victoria mounted on a plinth by two gold-coloured rods. Details of the award printed in black on the shaped area and a small plaque noting details of winner attached to the plinth.
