Historical information

This flag was used at the Slab Hut, the Visitor Information Centre in Orbost for various celebrations - possibly 20th birthday in 2007, and for Australia and Anzac Days.

Physical description

An Australian flag. It is made of polyester material. It has a blue field with the Union Jack in the upper left quarter and a large white seven-pointed star known as the Commonwealth Star in the lower left quarter. The right hand side contains a representation of the Southern Cross constellation, made up of five white stars – one small five-pointed star and four, larger, seven-pointed stars.
