1/A photocopy of a typed document describing the history of the property at 77 Gardenvale Road, with a brief history of Gardenvale, including the impact of the building of Gardenvale Station in 1906 and the railway underpass in 1927. Before the station was built, the area had many market gardens, many of which were sub-divided after the station was built. Includes a list of past owners/residents of 77 Gardenvale Road (previously number 49).
2/Also includes a carbon copy of this document which is faded.
