Handwritten notes taken from Sands and MacDougall on 47 Shoobra Road from editions 1910, 1913,1923,1942,1948 and 1960, gives occupiers name changes over the years. No mention of any Chinese owners despite claim in Melbourne Weekly Bayside of 09/05/2012. Researched by Claire Barton, 22/05/2012.
