The psychiatric hospitals at Mont Park, Larundel and Plenty closed in the late 1970s and this book gives a brief history of the group of hospitals. The area has since been redeveloped into a residential area, although some of the original buildings remain.
This book gives an outline of life within the hospital precinct.
