Historical information

Helen (Gregory) Macdonald entered CPLC in 1953. The student role of librarian was highly regarded. The student library committee met regualrly for book reports and collection management. A report was included in the school magazine noting those who had donated books.

Significance

Example of ongoing old collegian support of school. The school library collection was significantly established by donation or bequest of old collegians.
