This vehicle was used on the construction of dams, etc., and the Jindivick tunnel at Tarago in Gippsland for the state Rivers & Water Supply Commission of Victoria.
The small wheel located on the side ran up a suitably located ramp automatically tipping the hopper and emptying the contents.
