Hubert Sturzenhofecker was a German Lutheran Missionary from New Guinea, interned in Camp 3. After the war he returned to Germany.

Tatura Rural Services operated in Tatura for many years and was located in Ross Street, virtually opposite the water tower. Business was owned by Bill Brown and later sold to Ritchie Trevaskis.
