This Plaque was Presented as a Perpetual Trophy To Bowls teams of the local Councils within the Ballarat district.
Significance
To acknowledge the prowess of the various council bowls teams within the Municipality.
Physical description
Brown Wooden Plaque in shape of a shield,with silver name plates surrounding a central silver plaque. At the top in silver is the name inscribed in a flowing ribbon style setting.
