The Shire of Ballarat in 1994 sponsored the V.R.F.B.A.State Championships of the Victorian Rural Fire Brigades Association and in appreciation was presented with this plaque.

Rectangular wooden base with brass plates for the inscriptions.In the middle is the Victorian Rural Fire Brigade Badge, above which is inscribed VICTORIAN RURAL FIRE BRIGADES ASSOCIATION on a long rectangular brass plate,and below on a wider rectangular plate which is inscribed REGION 16 HOST COMMITTEE thanks The Shire Of Ballarat For Your Generous Sponsorship Of V.R.F.B.A. State Championship 1994
