This cigarette case was issued to the Australian Air force officers by the Australian Minister of State for Air during WWII
Leather covered, metal framed cigarette case.
The front has 3 metal badges attached from the Australian Air force and Canada.
These gaiters were worn by servicemen in the tropics during WWII.
Khaki canvas short gaiters with straps, hook fastenings and laces.
Blue felt pennant with felt ties top and bottom.
RAAF Insignia printed in yellow on left hand with R.A.A.F. in large letters printed in yellow on the remaining area to the right.
Painting is of an actual air raid of a B24 Liberator from 23 Sqn.during WWll
Painting was done by air crew (air gunner) from that actual aircraft.
