These Medallions were mass produced to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the Shire of Ballarat.

Significance

Celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Shire of Ballarat, declared the first Shire in the State of Victoria 1863.

Physical description

3cm Diameter x 1/8 cm D silver alloy medallion with the Shire of Ballarat Coat of Arms on the front and on the reverse the words 125th Anniversary and date.and in a dark blue "suede" drawstring bag.
