Remembrance Day oral history collection 2014
From the Collection of The Foundling Archive, 390a Lygon Street Brunswick East VIctoria
- This oral history collection consists of 20 interviewees, and over 25 hours of interview.
Here, participants were asked to think about their own personal connection to war or conflict - whether it be through direct personal experience or through through own personal heritage. We asked the participants to reflect on their reasons for remembering and forgetting aspects of the experience of war in order to better understand the nature of commemoration.
