Photographs taken circa 1856. Portraits of Leah Partington (born 1826) and her brother Charles Partington (born 1827) before Charles and his wife Ellen came to Australia in 1857. Leah had a daughter, Maria, born in 1851. Leah was 25 and unmarried. (notes by Faye Fort)
