This copy belonged to the Lock family before being acquired by the Museum
Copy of testimonial from the people of Phillip Island to Captain John Barnard Lock, signed by W. McFee of Phillip Island, dated 1st July 1897. Capt. Lock had rescued the sole survivor of a boat which had been upset in heavy weather.
