The S.E.C.V. used these envelopes on the Kiewa Hydro Electric Scheme. The S.E.C.V. constructed the Kiewa Hydro Electric Scheme from the late 1940's.

A bundle of unused S.E.C.V. beige envelopes. Grouped in 6s and stacked. Wrapped in brown paper.

Back of envelope; "Send in that Suggestion Now!"
