Published in May 1915 from reports of the landing by Ashmead Bartlett and Chas E Bean. Booklet to be issued to Senior Pupils at Public Schools of NSW in proud and grateful memory of the bravery of the Australian troops.
Significance
A well preserved example of patriotic endeavour by the Department of Education in NSW. Published within a month of the landing at Anzac Cove on 25 April 1915.
