A portrait of Veterinary Officer (Captain) later Major Stanley Allen Mountjoy, 8th Australian Light Horse of Lorne. As an officer Mountjoy enjoyed the privilege (unlike most rank and file) of carrying a camera with him. He accumulated a vast album of photographs during the course of his war service.
