Whisky came in bottles bought at a hotel. The shape of the bottles changed as did the stopper used to seal it. Pre 1966 if this bottle was made in Australia.

Physical description

Clear glass bottle with oval shape used for whisky. Sides are straight tapering sharply to form a short neck and opening.Large embossing on the front and back sides at the top. There is a broken cork stuck in the opening. The glass has a bubble and an inside 'chip'.

Embossed at top inside a banner on one side 'Imperial' and the other side 'Quart'
