The Fancy Fair. — Great preparations are being made for the approaching fancy fair, which is to be held in the Hall of the Mechanics' Institution on the 22nd and 23rd proximo, To render the appearance of the bazaar more attractive, we under, stand that G. A. Gilbert, Esqr,, Honorary Secretary to the Mechanics Institute, has promised to arrange the whole of the specimens of the museum in the glass cases recently fitted up in the Lecture Room for that purpose. The proceeds derived from the sale of articles in the bazaar, will be appropriated to the use of the Wesleyan Chapel.
