Owned by Laurence Pearce Spelling. Laurie Spelling joined the ambulance service in the early 1970s and completed various training courses at the Ambulance Officer's Training Centre. He later qualified as a paramedic and was a MICA coordinator. In the period 1999-2003 he was area manager for Rural Ambulance Victoria.
