Brass Plate, Mr E Ladner, Circa 1920

Historical information

Ernest Ladner worked as manager for Saltau & Sons who were produce merchants of Kepler St Warrnambool. he was a keen golfer and fisherman and were often mentioned in the social pages of the town from around 1915 through to the late 1930's. He was involved in the local Chamber of Commerce and the local branch of the ANA with his wife being president in 1928. Ernest and his wife lived at "Glencoe" a substantial property on the corner of Timor and Ryot Streets . He died in 1958.

Rectangular small brass plate with name stamped and infilled with black. two screw holes in top corners.
