View looking north across the main road from Old Eltham Road towards the Lower Plenty shops showing the Lower Plenty Garage and store which was later developed into a Caltex service station, since demolished and replaced by a new Aldi supermarket. Adjacent to the service station is the original C.D. Stewart Post Office and Store established 1920s.
