CLUNES FIRE BRIGADE WON THE CHAMPION EIGHT COMPETITION IN 1902. THEY WERE AWARDED A TROPY WHICH IS A FLUTED VASE ON A SILVER BASE WITH ORNATE FRAME HOLDING VAS AND TWO FLUTED TRUMPET VASES EITHER SIDE.
