IT IS ON PERMAMENT LOAN FROM HEPBURN SHIRE CR. S. OWENS J.P. WAS ELECTED TO THE CLUNES BOROUGH COUNCIL IN 1926 AND SERVED AS MAYOR 1933-34. THE PHOTOGRAPH ORIGINALLY HUNG IN THE CLUNES TOWN HALL DURING HIS TERM OF OFFICE.
