IT IS ON PERMANENT LOAN FROM HEPBURN SHIRE COUNCIL. CR. A. S. MACKENZIE WAS ELECTED TO THE CLUNES BOROUGH COUNCIL IN 1918 AND WAS MAYOR 1924-25; 1930-31. THE PHOTOGRAPH ORIGINALLY HUNG IN CLUNES TOWN HALL DURING HIS TERM AS MAYOR.
