IT IS ON PERMAMENT LOAN FROM HEPBURN SHIRE PAINTING BY WILLIAM TIBBITS, CIRCA 1870. HE WAS A WELL KNOWN FIGURE TO BE SEEN RIDING HIS BICYCLE FROM ONE GOLDFIELD TO ANOTHER WHERE HE PAITED MANY OF HIS FAMOUS PAINTINGS.
