223 NQR - Open medium truck with seats & canopy

Puffing Billy Service History or Notes
In the 1910s some NQRs were provided with removable wood and steel framework with canvas canopies and side curtains, and seating to supplement the rest of the passenger stock during busy holiday periods. Puffing Billy recreated one of these and has built five more similarly equipped NQRs, numbered 219-223, between 1990 and 1992.
