Francis John WILLIAMS No 7326 enlisted on 22.9.1916 in the 24th reinforcements 8th Batt AIF aged 18 years 1 month. Embarked for England 19.2.1917, embarked fro France 18.10.1917, WIA 9.8.1918 GSW to right shoulder. Promoted Temp Sergeant 1.6.1919, discharged from the AIF on 11.7.1920 medically unfit not due to misconduct. Pre War he had 3 years in Snr Cadets. Refer Reg No's 66 & 68P.

.2) Badge, copper coloured - Returned from Active Service WW1.
