Historical information

Colour patch is 6th Batt AIF, the letter “A” is for Anzac meaning served Gallipoli and islands off Gallipoli. Item belonged to Thomas Robert Jones No 1982 AIF. Refer 1377 for his service history also his brother 1367.5.

Physical description

Colour Patch, cloth sewn around edges. Greenish strip top, purple over red with greenish strip at bottom. Letter "A" in yellow sewn into centre.
