Personal letter written by Albert Steane to a fellow Freemason. Talks about his travels in 1908 and return to Ballarat and the introduction of the new phase in education - establishment of Technical Schools. He became the Head Master of the Ballarat Junior Technical School and remained in that position until his retirement in 1942.
