One of a set of display images thought to be produced by the Shire of Eltham c.1979-1987. Youth band performing on stage at the Youth Centre, Youth Road, Eltham. The Hall is now home to the 1st Eltham Scout Group. It also hosts the annual Paddy's Market organised by the Eltham Rural Group.
