Donated by Max Turner of Yarrambat, a former resident of Rutherglen. This photograph is of the interior of E.G. Turner's Murray Hardware - Main Street, Rutherglen 1939. The business was established by Mr. George Audley in 1863 & was purchased by Mr Ernest James Turner in 1923. In the photograph is Mrs Freda Turner & younger son Max.
