Historical information
Peter Alford and Den Braithwaite are named on the back of the photo, which depicts two young men sitting on the back of a cart with harness (normally attached to a horse). The person on the right appears to be the same as the one denoted "Don" sitting on the same cart in another photo in the set.
Den is believed to be the son of Geoff Braithwaite who drew a map of Eltham c.1920 from his memory - see EDHS_04977-2
