WW11 has ended and Australian Government has issuing this letter in pidgeon English for local Papua New Guinea tribesman to advise that WW11 has ended.

Significance

WW11 has ended and Papua New Guinea village population needed to be advised of need to pass info on to any Japanese Soldier and have them interned, repariated to their homeland.
