Historical information
3234 Trooper William Ronan, a farmer of Tallangatta Victoria, served with the 13th Light Horse Regiment on Gallipoli, in Egypt and on the Western Front from 1915-1919. On his return to Australia he brought with him this bit as a memento of his service and his horse.
