Float as part of the 1988 Eltham Festival from the community group "Democratic Nillumbik". The float includes a sign "Restore Local Democracy" with large crafted butterflies "from the Eltham Copper Butterfly campaign", 1988.
The parade took place down Main Road Eltham, this float appears to be following a red fire truck.
