Max Meldrum is on the left of the group. As Max Meldrum arrived in Eltham ln 1921, this must be after this for Heather Jenkins (nee Cone) to put it in her scrapbook.

Significance

Heather Jenkins was the daughter of Constable John Thomas Cone, Badge #3935 served at Eltham Police Station 1 May 1911 to 9 July 1922.
