Eltham Festival 1991: 9 November; Faces and Places
For the first time in many years, the Shire of Eltham Historical Society did not eneter a float in the 1991 Festival Parade. As history reveals, and despite the best intyentions, 1990 was the last year the Society did participate in the parade.
