A storm in a coffee cup is brewing on busy Diamond Creek Road. Every time a motorist stops for a morning caffeine fix, six lanes of traffic grind to a standstill. Sensors installed at St Sava Serbian Church trigger traffic lights which allow the car in the carpark to enter traffic.
