13th (Gippsland) Light Horse Regiment was a unit of the Citizen Military Forces or Militia with its Headquarters in Sale Victoria and depots throughout Gippsland. The regiment in 1939 was still horse mounted but converted to armoured vehicles soon after becoming the 13th Armoured Regiment.

Significance

Fine example of a document setting out the program of parades and training obligations for a citizen soldier in the immediate pre-Second World War period.
