Shire of Eltham Historical Society Monument commemorating Victoria’s 150th Anniversary. The monument consists of a ‘Tyring Disc’ surmounted by a steel tyre standing over a Time Capsule to be opened in the year 2035. The commemorative plaque explains the functions of the various items used in the Victorian 150th Anniversary Monument and Time capsule.
