Historical information

Three days before the rededication ceremony. The bronze plaques are being put in place by Meridian Foundry. The stonemason is copying the tower wall as a base for the brass etching by Paul Smith of Kenneth Jack's 1943 sketch of the Tower. (Contained in an album originally put together by Harry Gilham. Photos subsequently relocated to photosafe archival storage.) [2001]
