Historical information

This billy can was manufactured by Willow Ware Manufacturing Co., a renowned Australian company known for its production of durable metal domestic goods throughout the 20th century. This particular model likely dates from the mid-20th century and reflects practical, utilitarian design with enduring national significance. Items like this were common among travellers, railway workers, farmers, and soldiers during peacetime and war.
