The Warrnambool Co-Operative Milling Company was established in 1881 and operated until the end of the 19th century. The company had a flour mill in Timor Street and a produce store in Raglan Parade. The manager was John Marfell. He was prominent in community and civic affairs in Warrnambool

This medallion is a most significant item as it is a fine memento of the Warrnambool Co-Operative Milling Company and of the manager of that company, John Marfell.
Physical description
Circular bronze coloured metal seal with text in an outer annulus and text with two five petal stylised flowers and two arrow heads in the centre.
