Physical description

Candle powered ,broken glass, circa 1900 attached to side of buggy see[0279]
Metal structure attached to Buggy with a metal rod situated at the base of the Buggy seat close to the step . Four panels- two glass panels one is broken facing outwards and two metal panels facing inward and too the back. giving maximum light from the candle which is enclosed inside. two metal decorative circles on top of panels
