Eltham Library multi-purpose room. This is a Council facility for hire and is home to Eltham Toy Library.
One of a series of photographs taken by Linda McConnell, Eltham Library Branch Manager 1994. The new Eltham Library was opened 22 May 1994.
Donated via Yarra Plenty Regional Library, Linda McConnell Collection, March 2018 and held in joint partnership.
