Historical information

This is the transition year as the Wangaratta High school magazine is renamed to Korrumbeia. Korrumbeia is Victorian aboriginal term meaning restful river/creek (Kurrabi; creek, Umina; rest, Beeia; river) This is a reference to the Ovens and King rivers merging in Wangaratta, and the fact that WHS houses are named after local waterways.
