Historical information

Minnie was born in 11 Sep 1907 in Campbelltown, Tasmania, the daughter of Rev Walter Beckett and his wife Clara Gertrude Haywood. Minnie married Francis James Renkin on 13 March 1934. The photo was taken in the front garden of her parents home 'Deloraine' in Union Road.
The donor Wendy McLellan is the daughter of Minnie Caroline Beckett (1907-1998). Peter Renkin (formerly of 59 Guildford Road, Surrey Hills, now Shoreham) is her brother.
