This site was previously occupied by a Golden Fleece petrol station and later by Cobb & CO car rental.
In Paul Towers bought the property from Faraday & Kent, for whom Norm Henderson was the proprietor, in 1996. In 2003 it was bought by Evan Lewis.

Physical description
